Peach Fuzz Update from Mom and Dad

It’s been well over a month since the Little Angelina Dinner Dance, and although LittleAngelina.org has been silent (due to a much needed break on our parts) Angelina has undergone several procedures, including the replacement of her stem cells and intense radiation.

As you can hopefully see in the above picture, her hair is slowly taking over her head with a peach fuzz-like softness. We’re so glad to it’s growing in!

As for the Dinner Dance’s success, over 400 lovely folks turned out to enjoy the celebratory feast in honor of Angelina. YOU generously gave thousands of dollars and all we can say is THANK YOU. We’re overwhelmed by your kindness. We will have the Dinner Dance video posted for you as soon as our good friend gets around to it.

That said, here’s an update from Luigi and Diana, Angelina’s parents:

“Although Angelina has responded well to her treatment, she still has about SIX more months to finish her Protocol. We are still battling for her mentally and physically.

“Starting the first week of May, her next phase will be similar to the chemotherapy phase where she will be admitted for one or two weeks at a time for six rounds.

“God bless always! Angel WILL be okay! She has respond extremely well thus far. This next phase will be tough but not as tough as chemo treatment. She will need our full attention and energy for this fight! We have won many battles and this will be no different. Keep moving forward people!!!

“P.S. Sorry for using the word ‘thus.’ lol. THE WAR ALMOST OVER BABY!!!! I SEE HAPPY TIMES AHEAD!! :)”
